NextGen Showcase is a year-long bootcamp in which young creatives work in teams to conceptualize a theme park attraction in response to a brief.
In the fictional animal theme park of TerraTopia, between the mountains and the wetlands, the Keepers have built their village on the ocean shore in honour of a whale spirit known only as The Giant.
After a prolonged absence, the Keepers have begun to hear The Giant’s familiar voice call out for help. With the aid of Guiding Spirits—tiny, playful beings who imbue natural magic into the land—guests are invited to take the journey underwater in search of The Giant. Along the way, they will discover the cycle of life beneath the waves, and the real-world impact of conservation.
